EgressONE does not take technical excellence for granted. All of our technical personnel undergo a quality-control process to evaluate their technical skills before hire. We use a combination of technical and peer review involving white boarding, scenarios, lab-based skill tests designed to mimic real-world environments, and reference checks to determine the technical depth and breadth of our candidates from many different perspectives.
